explain the reason why i suspended as in New Zealand the kenetic is not fully fuction on with the following:

Party Chat

full upate for connect is not yet has been launched for April still waiting.

i received an email on the 9th April @ 5.10am for the following:

This email is to notify you that your Xbox Live communication privileges have been temporarily suspended due to inappropriate communication on Xbox Live. This suspension applies to your use of available apps and communications mechanisms, including
the Xbox Live Communicator, the Xbox Live Vision Camera, the Kinect Sensor, messaging to other Xbox Live users via Xbox.com, and/or participation in the Xbox.com forums.



Now can you explain the above email that was sent as i dont have a headset, i only use the kenetic for party chat with friends.

i want this sorted out A.S.A.P.

Yeah same thing happen to me bro like I just got out of suspension for harassment on voice when I don't have a mic like what? And then after a few days I was playing gta and this guy killed me like so much and I killed him back and he got my account suspended
till 31/12/9999 it sucks I've been doing this enforcement thing but nothing I just want my account back because it has so many games brought on it and I don't have a mic to harass people and I wanna enjoy more of Xbox but there's just lots of people out there
that complain about us for no reason and Microsoft just bans people but I got hacked and Microsoft isn't doing anything like come on please just help me Microsoft anyway my real account is MA0RI BOII

 

the kinect cant understand the kiwi accent, and they probably wont bother with it since we have such a small population
