suspended communication ??

I'm nervous already makes 20 days
that my suspension is over and
I'm still locked in groups! My
friends do not listen to me! I listen to
them but not my friends!
I'm nervous about this situation!
nobody solves it! every day I enter the
chat from microsoft and nobody solves
it! if I have this suspension
d voice when it ends! my experience
this bad because I can not
talk to my friends xbox one!

Yeah its total BS im in the same boat and its infuriating.

This post will be locked and you will be told to post here: forums.xbox.com/xbox_support/xbox_one_support/f/4268/t/2048418.aspx and told to just wait it out as they can't do anything to help us nor do they seem to even be doing anything.

I am sorry you are having this problem, as jamage007 provided, please post in this Forum thread: forums.xbox.com/.../2048418.aspx They are monitoring that Forum thread daily. Once you have posted there Xbox Official Support will forward your information
along to the proper team that handles this to get this problem resolved with communication suspensions on your Xbox Account. This is a known issue and they are working on it.

Please be patient, as they work on this problem.

I am 30 days past a 24 hour ban and still no fix in sight. Really worries me that it wont be fixed.

I agree with Gutter, if you are crazy competitive online and send rude or cruel messages or you got into an argument in-game or in party along with messages, they can tag you for that.

Alright thank you, cause I’ve seen people adding like thousands of randoms just to get them to follow back and stack up

their followers, I feel like the enforcement team are targeting the wrong people.... they really need to remove follwers off xbox in general.
