suspended comms on xbox live

My 7 yr olds comms on xbox live have been suspended as per a notification I received this morning. I want to know the specifics, but due to it only being a 24 hour suspension, I cant seem to find out. How do I do this? I need to know if and how he was at
fault if I am to correct his behaviour.

Communication privliges suspended for two weeks

2 week suspension for vioce comm. never cuss at anyone on Xbox live, not allowed to cuss yet. I want to know why I'm suspended

You have to check the text and comm settings on your account. If you're clear there, then you might have been suspended

(from in-game chat) for comm issues, such as foul language or bad sportsmanship. LIVE players won't hesitate to report your obscene language and immature conduct.

Obsessive Power

It's much easier for the system to pick up comments made in a message to ones made purely with voice comms. Voice comms would need more human interaction. Just because nothing has happened to this other user yet, does not mean they won't be suspended also.

There really is no need to reply to any offensive comments over Xbox Live. That's what the block and report buttons are for.

The only way to report someone is via your console.The enforcement team only reply in the ban/suspension forums to tell someone why they are banned/suspended.

Block comms with these people on your console as well.

Anything else that happens that is not on xbox live is up to you to sort out.

You are not allowed to call out gamertags on the forums.

Been on Xbox since 2006, never been suspended.

If someone sends you a horrible message, ignore it, it's not like you're going to meet them in real life. Same is true with voice comms.

You agreed to the rules when you signed up. Follow them and you won't be suspended.
