Suspended Comms for what exactly?

For some reason, everybody and their mother reports you for even sneezing on the microphone in Destiny. I literally don't know why, but I finally got a reply to my case review and decision is upheld. The reason was I was harassing someone by "issuing
threats of network manipulation as a form of harassment towards other players." I can go through conversation by conversation with someone if needed be and I want to see where I EVER threatened someone like that. This is unjust and I feel like i'm being treated
unfairly. So will someone please shed light on this for me?

ive been suspended b4 n it said until may 4th but my comms still unavailable

Nothing anyone can do.If the decision was upheld then all you can do is wait out the suspension & learn from your mistake.

 

That's such a great informative answer, thanks so much!... How can I learn from something, that I don't know? There's no indication of what I said. I checked all my messages from the last two weeks, the only thing that I can imagine is when someone told
me nice IP as in they were trying to check me or something and I said I had a static ip. WOAH, SO THREATENING!

 

We on the support forums are just gamers like you Btrix28. We dont work for xbox or the enforcement team. So all we could have told you was to file a case review. If you did this as you stated already and it was already withheld then thats all that can be
done. Hence why daft badger said there isnt anything anyone can do.

It could of been a message or in game chat.

 

That's tight. For real, that's like bringing someone to court, who has no idea what's going on, and then you get charged as guilty, without any of the lawyers saying anything or judge telling you what you did.
