suspended but have not been told what for

i was suspended for something but i dont swear or shout bully or single out people. the only thing i can think of is i killed someone on gta you know grand THEFT (CRIME) auto but when i report racism and 3 death threats the person gets 2 day suspension.
not beeing mean to microsoft but it does seem that they dont look at any reports i think they see big words as the truth because i lay my reports out as simpld as possible like my teacher used to say treat the reader as they dont know anything i do hope they
remove my 2 week suspension as i dont deserve it

If you reported the other person for what they were doing to you then once Microsoft have reviewed the complaint you made then the other person may have also been suspended but you will not be told the outcome of any investigation.

The account has not been banned or suspended. It is not a billing issue. From what I have been told it seems to be a security issue on microsofts end.

Look you been suspended for 2 weeks, spend the 2 weeks doing something else.
