Suspended but don't know if it's permanent or not

I've been suspended for uploading a inappropriate game clip which I recorded a year ago, I don't know if it's permanent because on the enforcement site it says temporary suspension but also permanent suspension on the same page it doesn't say when I get
unbanned so I'm confused if it's a permanent ban or not. Here's what it says on the page: Activity Detail :- A Game DVR or Upload clip created by this account was found to be inappropriate. This content may include profanity, sexual topics, hate speech,
controversial religious topics, references to notorious people or organizations, sensitive current or historical events, extreme violence, or any content designed to sound like, look like, reference, or allude to these topics. For more information, visit:

If you can not find when this will expire, the Xbox phone support team can tell you if it is permanent or temporary and when it will expire.
