Discus and support Suspended because my account was hacked. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was on vacation for the past 2 weeks, but when I cameback I found out that somebody was in my account playing it, and got me suspended.     Suspended because my account was hacked.


    I was on vacation for the past 2 weeks, but when I cameback I found out that somebody was in my account playing it, and got me suspended. I am abit upset but hopefully someone can help me get unsuspended.

    Suspended because someone hacked my account??

    I was Hacked it took me 2 weeks to prove that someone was using my account they spent $160 i managed to get my money back thank god . But then after 1 week the account was banned and i just get the run around. Go Microsoft good customer support.

    i was wrongfully banned because someone hacked my account and i cant use any social communications.

    You will need to log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com to review your suspension details, and submit a case review as your appeal (if eligible).

    Xbox Support and the forums cannot assist with unbanning your account. All matters are handled exclusively by Xbox Enforcement, and they do not post here on the forums.

    Well that is the problem 1 i cant because i just spent 60$ on a year membership before i got suspended. 2 i had just got my account back from getting hacked. 3 it is suspended

    I got the same problem but for me they permantly suspended my account ofr my secuirty because i've been hacked but now i recover it. i made 3 forms but my account is still Locked :/
