Suspended and then permanatly banned

My son's gammer tag BRYCEs 2 R3AL was temporally suspended 1 submitted a review a week later he was then permanently suspended and console was banned for 2 weeks. I am unsure as to why the permanent ban took place because he was playing offline unable to
speak with anyone or play on line to due any type illegal activity All purchases that were made were offline and approved by me "his mother; Shelly Ragan" there were no other purchases made all purchases were authorized and he wasn't allowed /no did he play
on line for the week and then was permanently banned along with the console. ***my son was playing off line during the temp suspension***

Gamertag Change

its a possibility, someone had this gamertag and their account was permanatly suspended. however since they are suspended you cant use their gamertag

If it sounds to good to be true.... IT IS!!! Sounds highly illegitimate to me. I'm worried about stuff like this and having my gamertag suspended.. Iv heard people getting banned for less!

For information about his ban, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com Investigations do take time so his ban could be for something that happened weeks or months ago or could have resulted due to multiple enfractions.

You can still play all your stuff offline.You just can't play them while connected to live or re-download them.

It's not theft in any way.You are given a clear warning what will happen if you get permanatly banned when you start your account in the ToU/CoC that you have to agree to in order to start a account.

If you don't bother to read that then it's your fault,no one else's.

I have not heard or even read about there being a bug like this, id suggest calling 18004myxbox and reporting this with them asap, that way you dont lose all your info permanatly.

only the enforcment team can ban and suspend people ambassadors dont have a say who gets banned or suspended
