Suspended and it was false reporting

I no this is not a Question but I love the hard work you guys do and I'm happy that you guys care. And I'm happy that you always do your job but I was permanently suspended and it was others false reporting they was upset because we won a game
of RainBow. I have never Cheated I never broke the rules and I always was a good player to others and I helped everyone that needed it and. I like to make Group Post and play games with new people and help people and. I got a lot of suspended before back
on 360 and when I got them I said to myself it's time to stop and think about what you do before and end up doing the wrong thing. And when someone would try to hurt me I just blocked them and got back to having fun. I love Xbox it was so fun and it was
my happy place it was where I could go when I was sad or hurt. I never tried to hurt someone else some would say why will because I never wanted to hurt someone that had less then what I had. And playing Xbox was my happy place I loved it I trying to find
out can I ever save my Microsoft Account and can you get help going over mine case again and help. And give me one more time that's all I'm asking one more. Thank You for all the hard work and thank you for taking your time to read this.

You dont get suspended simply due to false reports. In fact anyone filing false reports are subject be being suspended themselves since filing false reports is against the terms of service/code of conduct.

All reports are investigated before any action is taken. If your brother believed the suspension was made by mistake then he can file for a case review while logged into the suspended account and enforcement.xbox.com

That is the only to contact the enforcement team as they don't use the forums and wont see this.

24 hour suspensions are not eligible for case reviews because by the time the case review is done the suspension would be over.

I can understand you are upset about you ban however we cannot control the ban we can only advise.

What was the ban for and I would go to the enforcement page and see if you can appeal if not then please contact xbox live chat to see if they can help.
