Suspended and it is not my fault

I was suspended due to my custom profile picture, that's what the enforcement team told me at least. I have a big problem with this decision that has been upheld by the Xbox enforcement team. My main problem with this is that when a custom Xbox profile
picture is uploaded, Xbox has to verify it. Mine went through and was verified. Weeks go by with no problems and I was playing games and was supposedly reported for hacks and exploitation of servers by a group of cyberbullies. So I go ahead and file a case
review and come to find out I was suspended for my profile picture. So many questions went through my head at that point in time. Is it possible my suspension be lifted earlier or could I be granted another case review because I feel set up by Xbox since
I was filled with trust my profile picture was OK which later got me suspended. Thank you for your cooperation.

Suspended

I just got suspended from my account for no reason it says i cheated but i didnt there was a modder in my gta server and he gave me a money drop that is not my fault

probably less than 10% of total users,yet every time a discussion comes up about the benefits of ps3 someone always tells the fairytale that your details will be stolen along with everyone else`s.

When a picture gets "verified" as soon as you upload it, I do not think that an Enforcement team member is personally reviewing it. It could be checking the image's metadata against a database of banned gamerpics, that it's not a virus, or that it's a valid
image file... for all we know. It does not automatically deem your image "clean" and totally immune from any complaints about Code of Conduct violations, as people are still able to report it.

Suspensions are not modified or otherwise handled here, as the Enforcement team does not post on the forums. Enforcement actions are only dealt with on the
Enforcement website, and no where else. If your case review is "upheld", then there is nothing else to do but sit out the rest of the suspension duration.

I'm just speaking from experience I've been suspended before and it wasnt even my fault it was my cousin when I was at work I didnt know he was playing soni changed my password put a passkey so you gotta know that to get in my profile I can understand
suspended someone for literally cussing out someone yeah but 7 days should be the longest they can suspend you not 14 that's dumb its getting to where I'm about to go to some I've been with xbox since the original xbox came out and never have left xbox but
this keeps up getting suspended when it's not your fault its dumb
