I believe the issue here is that the account that was initially suspended is the parent account for the others. Try deleting the account from the console or do a factory reset on the console to see if disassociating them helps.

You'll have to sign in from a different Microsoft account and pick an option in support that will allow you to request a call. They initially told me they couldn't tell why I was suspended then after a few hours they said I was permanently suspended for harassing other players through written or verbal communications on Xbox Live. I don't have a problem with punishment but being permanently suspended after only receiving communication bans is wild. I could've learned my lesson with a 1 or 2 week suspension from Xbox live easy.

I understand that you feel they only act on evidence, however, I appealed the suspension because of lack of such evidence and the appeal was denied. Repeating your initial response does not help my issue. I had not violated any of the enforcement guidelines since my initial suspension and was subsequently suspended for no reason. If any of the enforcement is just happening upon this thread, my gamertag is CedTheBully. If you investigate my incoming/ outgoing messages from the time of my 24 hour suspension until now and provide ANY EVIDENCE of my violation, I will gladly recant any and all accusations of wrong doing. I can guarantee that I was suspended without just cause without a shadow of doubt.
