Suspended and I think it's because someone else has access to my account

I have just been suspended for the next two months and I just bought Xbox live for a year so 60 dollars was just wasted, but I thought back to when a player in my party oddly knew all of my information, he knew my password and email, he even logged on once
and I was kicked out of a game! My home xbox switched suddenly and it's back now, but I can't help but wonder if the reason for my suspension is him. I don't message anybody but my friends and now I cant log onto my account on other devices permanently. This
has happened before but my case review was denied. How do I stop this and get my account unsuspended? (By the way changing my password doesn't work)

Hello, my gamertag AnyoneInCherno was wrongfully suspended for two weeks for harrassment, threats, and abuse. It's a broad term and I don't know specifically what I'm suspended for, but I'm sure I personally am innocent. It's possible someone was using my
account, but I don't think anyone was, so I'd like to see what evidence there is to check if it was something I or someone else did.

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. So if they upheld their decision there is nothing else you can do as far as the suspension.

Sorry but i cant access my account because my email address has been removed and someone else has put theirs on and changed passwords, etc

I know that its silver now, I already checked, and the account of the person is permanently suspended. My account (x0xb0x) and another person's is also associated with the family account because we just all payed our part for a deal that was going on at
the time, but ours are still gold accounts. If it is because of the other accounts suspension, how is it that they can cancel someone else subscription for something that someone else did?

compromised account solution page if they believe their account was compromised, so be sure to go through that. It should walk you through creating a new password which will help with locking down your account if needed.
