Suspended and don't know how

yes I am trying to figure out how someone can get suspended when they didn't have internet that was like 2 months ago and now he is suspended again and I call to find out how it can be lifted and find out that I have two Xbox Ones on my account and an Xbox
360 on my account and I only own an Xbox One and the Xbox 360 so it is clear to anybody that this Third Xbox that is on my account that is not mine is the one doing everything and I'm doing everything I can to fix that at the moment by changing my email and
password but the fact of the matter is someone from the enforcement team needs to contact me ASAP because I just found out there is a second Xbox One on my account that is not mine so that is clearly letting me know and anyone else know that the person that
is causing all the chaos is the second Xbox one that nobody knows about or who it belongs to but the fact of the matter is when my son got suspended for two weeks and we didn't even have internet that's letting me know that the second Xbox one is the one that
calls the suspension which is letting me know that this suspension now it's also caused by this second Xbox one so I need somebody no explanation why you can't I need someone from the enforcement team to contact me ASAP with a phone number that I can call
you all on because I can prove everything I'm saying

Suspended and I don't know why.

I am suspended from multiplayer and communication. Multiplayer for a week and communication for a month. I do not know what for or why it was so random because I haven't been online for a week then i get online and play some games and it pops up.

The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no phone number for them. To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com

If you believe your account has been compromised, you would need to contact support again and have them start an unauthorized access investigation.

 

If you believe that someone is using your account without your permission, you need to Call Xbox support by phone and request that they open an "Unauthorized Account Access Investigations".

Also, be aware that if you do game sharing with a friend that means your account is on your friends account and can be used for anything. I've heard from other where a friend used an account and got them ban because they knew what they are going to say
would get an account ban. Just a something to check.
