SUSPENDED AGAIN FOR THE SAME MESSAGE FROM A WEEK AGO?

I need some serious help here from Xbox Enforcement or anyone who can give me some. I got a 2 say suspension last week for a message. Fine even though I called someone using glitches GOOFY. Now today I am seeing I am suspended once again for the SAME MESSAGE. It is giving me no option to submit an appeal. I run a league and need to post from this account. PLEASE can someone help me resolve this? I have now two strikes against me for the same message. I fear that the person is reporting the same message which is a clear abuse of that system. PLEASE HELP!

Does the website explicitly state that the message is the cause of your suspension? Check this page: https://support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history

Bear in mind that the rules and terms of the Xbox Network have no statute of limitations, and a player can receive a suspension at any time for past offences.

They just suspended two days ago on Saturday....like I said Daft it was a full week of me having my voice and BAM suspended again.

Hello @Helicopter in nam'! I hope that you are doing well!

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. . But don't worry, the following troubleshooting steps will help fix the issue.

Step 1: Clear Mac address:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Step 2: Remove your account:

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm then re-add your account.

After doing that, please make sure to sign in using the correct account which contains the game.

Step 3: Reset your console:

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

Seen a couple of other people reporting a similar issue so i'd say it's possibly a bug at Microsoft's end & just a case of waiting for it to be fixed.

Not the first time the messaging system has gone a bit hinky.
