Suspended after retaliating to toxic message

Today I received a six day communication ban after responding to being told I was terrible over the loss of a match of overwatch. The guy messaged me and essentially blamed me for the loss, despite me making an effort to win and trying my best. After i responded
with an agitated response using what I suppose is offensive language, he reported me and I was banned on the spot. I would like to at least have a reduced suspension from six days, but moreso, I would like you to look at the one who sent the message in the
first place. His GT is [Mod Removed]. Would appreciate some sort of help as I feel this suspension is extremely unfair and one sided. Thanks.

help me get unsuspended

there was a toxic player in my game saying many rude things in game chat so I sent him a message and got suspended for my message to him... how is that fair

 

My account was suspended unfairly

My account was just suspended from voice chat because i apparently received a bunch of reports. I dont believe this to be true. After a game recently a guy messaged me in a toxic manner so i said profanity to him and told him he was toxic for no reason.
He then replies banned from voice com to me and thus shortly after i am suspended. I want to work on uplifting the suspension. Ive been on xbox live for about 10 years now and never once got suspended from anything let alone voice coms. Thank you, my gamertag

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to file a complaint on the other person via the console in order for them to investigate. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

You can try submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com

 

1. This is not the place to name and shame other gamers. (review forum rules)

2. Do not send aggressive messages to other people, that is considered a violation of the Code of Conduct and a reportable offense.

3. In the future, simply submit a report, then mute/block the player that gives you problems. Do not further engage or retaliate.

4. The forums do not handle matters related to suspensions. Log on to
http://enforcement.xbox.com and submit a case review (if eligible).

 

Feel free to delete this post then, I posted on here as I attempted to contact support to review my ban repeatedly and was constantly sent in circles. I had absolutely no interest in shaming anyone I simply feel I have been treated unfairly.

100% disregard lmao I would delete this if it would allow me to, i don't care at this point about my suspension im just tired of other people being toxic and nothing happening to them in return.
