You should try calling support for help with this. They are the only ones who can help with billing issues. You can also check your account at
https://billing.microsoft.com to see if there are any errors or anything on your account information.

You can say your sorry a thousand times,it won't make any difference.

Filing for a case review is they only way to appeal your ban/suspension.

You're just not understanding.

The ONLY way is to file for a case review,posting on the forums will do absolutely nothing.

No one on the forums can shorten your suspension or lift your ban.

You have to file for a case review,if you have already done that & the decision was upheld then that's it,that account will remain banned forever or if it's a suspension then you have to wait it out.

Nobody cares if you play on the PS4,that's entirely up to you.

 

Better quit Lamine, nothing can help you in here no matter how you say "Please" just wait out your banned if is only temporary meanwhile play your PS4 nobody in here cares about PS4 in here. This is solid XBOX fan boy!
