Suspended Account

I have recently been subject to an Xbox live Ban and feel slightly aggrieved as nothing I said was meant as offensive, I was added into a chat by someone that then yelled at me with his friends, my mic is broken so the only way I could reply is via the chat,
I would really appreciate if someone could look at the case and help me lift the ban as I have been told I needn't to appeal which can take 24-72 hours and really need a quicker response, I have spoken to live chat and they agree with me but do not have have
the power to overturn the ban any help would be greatly appreciated

Meaningless Suspension

I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

 

if the suspension is only 24hours then they are right it takes longer then 24hours to respind and no you have to follow the rules regardless of who started the fight

You have to file a case review at Enforcement.xbox.com if applicable

Again only if longer then 24hkurs

 

well that's absolute rubbish I've completely been trolled by this guy and he even said he was going to do it just so I couldn't play Fifa this weekend, this is the kind of rubbish XBL actually need to look at rather than send an automated ban
