Suspended account

Discus and support Suspended account in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; A friend of mine has had his account suspended due to something related to Skype.     Suspended account


    A friend of mine has had his account suspended due to something related to Skype. I have been trying to help him recover the account with no such luck.

    First he created a support ticket, which is how he found out about the Skype issue (he doesn't use skype).

    Then he filled out the reinstatement form and hasn't recieved any updates in the issue.

    He is just looking get back to being able to access the xbox games he paid for, and his progression in those games for himself and his 3 children.

    Is there something him and I are missing? A different form? A phone number to speak with an actual person?

    I was permanently suspended for nudity/sexual content and I have a temporary console suspension on my new account.

    Well for this is the notification I got when I sign into my main account, if it's supposed to be permanently suspended shouldn't it say "this account is permanently suspended" instead of "this account is suspended"?

    Suspended until this 24th of december....it is the 24th and still cant log on.

    Your account will be un-suspended at the exact time that it was suspended.

    When your account is suspended it will notify you when you log on when the account is suspended until.

    Gold is not suspended when your account is suspended, so you do lose that time when you are suspended.
