    Hello I have been referred to you in regards of not only an explanation to why the account I've owned for years upon years recently has been suspended 24 hours not once but in 2 weeks time twice. I have invested alot into this account from movies to games.
    I would like to get to the bottom of this suspension and possibly have it lifted as well as an explanation for why this time it's suspended. I do have a little one that plays every so often and my enforcement said in regards to marketplace fraud. Which whatever
    this maybe was not my own doing. I'm willing to resolve this issue anyway I can and would like for these suspensions to stop. I've changed my accounts password and really need to attend an online game for my team and I tonight.

    Meaningless Suspension

    I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

    Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

    Well for this is the notification I got when I sign into my main account, if it's supposed to be permanently suspended shouldn't it say "this account is permanently suspended" instead of "this account is suspended"?

    Your account will be un-suspended at the exact time that it was suspended.
