suspended/account

my 14 yo son has received a ban till jan 18 2018. he has autism/adhd and i feel this is harsh reviewing his account and would like whoever it is making that decision to clear it all or at least lower his suspension.I have tried but just cant get feedback
from you.When writing from his account it said i needed to do it from the family account ,but i cant do it from there as there has never been any bans/suspensions on that account..His account is DICExTRIGGER and mine[his father] is BuildingBog7263..could someone
please look into this for me or at least pass on this information to whoever your meant to contact.All i seem to get is people telling me to go to one place ,who then tell me to go somewhere else...sympathy is great but its no good when no one on the other
end does anything about it.

Meaningless Suspension

I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

Some enforcement actions can be appealed by filing for a case review on the enforcement site

100 day suspensions are typically issued due to multiple violations of the ToU/CoC & are not eligible for a case review so can not be appealed.

Your son will have to wait out the suspension.

It may be worth explaining the code of conduct to him so he knows what is & is not acceptable on xbox live.
