    My son was suspended from xbox live for 2 weeks but he is still receiving messages from his friends telling him he is rude for not texting back or for not talking to them. I understand he deserves to be suspended but shouldn't he also be blocked from receiving
    messages? Some of the message he received could be reported but they are due to his friends thinking he is purposely being rude to them. What Xbox Enforcement needs to do is block him from receiving messages to provide an automated response to anyone who
    tries to communicate with him that he can't be contacted at the moment - no need to state due to a suspension, just that it is not possible to contact him. Otherwise people may get themselves into hot water or falsely assume someone is being rude to them.

    Rude, i bet i see why your account is still suspended, i'm betting it's a permanent thing from constantly raging, they can do voice and text... and you do it enough they can kick you out.

    In short, he isn't the douchebag.

    You can block incoming messages at anytime and as for the info your child can write in his profile bio the reason he is not answering back.

    Text message and friend request problems

    You should have received a message if you were suspended from sending/receiving text messages and friend requests. Can you send outgoing text messages and friend requests to other players? If you can, then you should be able to get messages and requests
    from other players. I would also look into the privacy settings on your account and make sure you're allowed to send/receive messages and friend requests.

    If you received a communication suspension someone must have reported you for inappropriate conduct through text messages, voice messages, video, in game chat, etc. You can verify your status by logging into the
    Xbox Policy & Enforcement team website to see if you were actually banned/suspended from voice communications.
