suspended account outdated card?

hey you folks suspended my account for card being expired.here is a news flash that card was never supposed to be used for renewing my subscription it was for buying in-game products and games you can even look at what i bought with it.you did it last year
even after i said not to and you have tried it again even after I said not to after you did it last year.I did everything on xbox live I was supposed to to prevent you from using it for a subscription.you see I have a card well 2 of them now and i want to
use them instead of you people taking money out of my banking account but for some reason your not letting me. would like this dealt with quick and in a hurry please.

Meaningless Suspension

I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

Call support. It's the only way in most countries.

If your card is outdated, but you still have auto-renewal turned on, they will continue to try to take your payment. After a few tries, if they can't get a payment, your account will be suspended until you pay off the balance you owe.

Looks like the *** also tried to buy something from my account for £20, luckily the card is outdated.

That is actually outdated information. It is referring to Microsoft points which were discontinued in 2013. In order to pay for a gamertag change you would need a credit card, Paypal, or you would need to add currency to your Microsoft account balance with
a Xbox gift card.

I don't think this is the problem because the outdated PayPal account does not have a credit card attached to it. and the subscription says that it is using my visa card instead of PayPal. I'm not completely sure so let me know if it doesn't matter what is attached.
