Suspended account due to lack of money, re-post. Some of this has been fixed by other staff.

Im posting on here to tell you that my account has been suspended. The reason is not being able to afford the £40 for another 12 month membership. I cancelled my auto renew happy to move down to the silver account, and for some reason your company is still
trying to charge me for for the 12 month auto renew membership. Luckily I had no money in the bank as im really low in money at the moment ( reason I cancelled my auto renew). Then 2 weeks after I cancelled the auto renew I received an email from microsoft
billing support telling me that they couldn't couldn't charge me the £40, I didn't really take to much notice at the email thinking there must of been some sort of mistake. Then I started receiving these email every 4-5 days, thats when I started getting really
confused on what was happening, I was planning on either phoning up to see if I could address this issue or talk to the live chat team. Next day I try to sign into xbox live it says "Your account has been suspended until you pay the £40" which really annoyed
me! It wouldnt even let me get online at all, I didnt want to pay this £40 because I dont have that money so decieded to create a new account (which was silver) so I could at least talk to my friends through a private chat. Then one of my friends that i've
been playing xbox with since 2008 was kind enough to give me a 12 month code as long as I pay him back once I can scrape together the £40, I was going to try redeem it on the account that you suspended but the account didnt want a 12 month code, it wanted
the £40 straight from my bank account, which forced me to redeem the code on this fresh account that I just created. I tried contacting a member of the live chat team to see if there is a way to transfer my gamerscore from my suspended account onto this fresh
account, they told me that wasnt possible as they dont have the correct tools and access to do this because the achievements are linked with the account you unlock them on. I want my gamerscore because I have spent the past 6 years building it up as it is
one of the reasons I play on the xbox 360. They told me that if I post on here there might be something that you can do, as I feel I have been robbed of my past 6 years of gaming due to my lack of money! The person I chat with told me you could do omething
about this so im asking on here to see if you can give my profile back and for it to be unbanned, I would like my subscription to be moved from my new account over to the suspended account if you unban it and also for you to make sure my auto renew is definatly
cancelled.

UPDATE

A member of the enforcement team has fixed the suspended account and cancelled my auto renew. Now I would like you to take the 12 month gold that I was forced to add onto a fresh account ( ) and
please add it to Praxio. I feel as if my friend and I have been forced to spend money on adding a membership onto this new account because of the errors your company has gave me.

"Your account has been suspended due to a problem with your payment option."

"This console has been banned for violations of the Terms of Use."

These are some examples of a message you will see if you try to sign into your account on your console.

Also if your account has been suspended, you should have a email from Xbox in your inbox regarding the suspension.

Account Trouble (Suspended Due to Payment option) ???

Hey, I have been suspended from Xbox Live which says "Your account has been suspended due to a problem with your payment option. Please use a different payment option or update your current information in account management"

This all started due to having my account hacked and I rang Microsoft about the problem as they changed my Gamertag for some known reason hence the tag "".

I do not pay by Direct debit or by any sort of Card. I buy pre paid cards from the store where you have to redeem code. So how can I get suspended to have never of paid by a Debit card?

Any ideas thanks.
