Susended for Vague reason

I recently returned home from work only to discover that I was suspended from xbox live. I have been suspended for the very vague reason of "cheating." Xbox did not provide me with exact written notification as to why I am being accused of this and I have
not participated in any activity which could give this validation. I asked technical support for help getting this fixed but they just gave me the run around and told me to post on this forum. Since the suspension is only 24 hours long I cant submit a case
review.

This is extremely unfair and terrible customer service. This xbox enforcement team doesn't even have a point of contact for questions such as this which only enforces their lack of accountability. This entity is just basically handing out fraudulent suspensions
to honest paying customers and not providing them with evidence of their crime or providing us with a means of appealing this type of decision. I am considering canceling my gold subscription and giving my business to Sony. I want the enforcement team to lift
this suspension immediately and to take this suspension off of my profile reputation. They need to also be more accountable to their customers.

XBLPET takes enforcement actions only after an investigation of your online behavior.

They don't have to explain their decision as this is rendered clear in the service rules you signed when joining xbox live.

I suggest you to consider the 24 hrs ban as a warning and use this time to read the Code of Conduct in order to avoid future bans
