When you get a chance, please double check your subscription over on account.microsoft.com. If there's an active subscription show on your account, try removing your profile from your Xbox One, power cycle (hold down power button for 8-10 seconds) and reconnect.

Me he dado de alta con la promoción de un mes a 1 euros pero mi ordenador no admite los juegos. Quiero darlo de baja y no veo la forma. No es normal, he cancelado otras suscripciones de Microsoft sin problemas pero para esto no hay forma. No me aparece
en la opción de cancelar suscripción. No me aparece en la opción de historial de suscripciones. No lo puedo hacer tampoco desde Game pass. No puedo contactar con nadie de Microsoft. Esto no es normal por favor, como se puede cancelar la suscrpcion a Game Pass.
No quiero renovarlo.
