Suscription issue

I cannot play online because they say that my profile does not have these privileges and the ask me to join xbox live gold. But my suscription is still available until december 2017

i do not know what happend with my suscription in xbox live gold!

i have the suscription but the cnsole say you dont have the suscription in xbox live gold

Xbox live gold - doesnt work..... and support team of microsoft gave me this answer...

I paid a 1 month xbox live gold suscription offer for $1, last nov 28, I was excited playing Halo 5 Guardians for 3 weeks.... In my suscription tag says ... expires on dec 28....

Since dec 20th, I cant play online .... I complain via chat with microsoft support, and they told me, that I paid the suscription like US area.... buttttttt.... as Im in Peru, and services are limited.... the servers realize that issue and they suspended
my suscription.....

Sooooo.... why I could possibly paid from my credit card.... and then, they cut my service????? Why microsoft accept my payment, later just tell me .... In your country is not allowed...... **** ????????

I ask again, what if I just buy again a suscription in the future, they answer me.... The services are limited in your country.... Theres no warranty it will work properly.....

Sorry to hear about the issues with playing online. Let's have you try to remove your profile and then re-add it to the console to see if that helps.

As I mentioned, you need to explain better the situation, if the only issue is that you have to purchase a second suscription, the that's easy, the account that has a suscription active currently need to select the console as the home Xbox so it can be shared

Buy a unit is not an issue for me. it's the "Xbox live" suscription. Do I need to have one to navigate on internet.

Hello. Its a promotion by summer sales. Only new suscriptions. For the old suscriptions , there is 3 months by 22 euros.
