Suscripcion Xbox[Translation-Xbox subscription]

Actualmente tengo una suscripción vencida de Xbox y me gustaría cancelarla para evitar cobros innecesarios, pero no me permite cancelarla sin pagar nuevamente por algo que no ocuparé, que debo hacer?
