Hola buenas tardes, quisiera mencionar que tuve un problema parecido, solamente que en mi caso estaba recién probando este medio de game pass. Sin embargo, al pagar la suscripción (Ultimate) me llega el mensaje de mi banco diciendo que el pago fue hecho
, pero luego vuelvo a la aplicación y veo un juego que quiero y no me aparece la opción de instalar, solo me aparece la opción de unirme a game pass y me dirige de nuevo a la opción de pagar suscripción, la cual ya la había hecho.

otor punto a destacar, todo esto lo hice con mi cuenta de microsoft y todo bien.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand you are currently experiencing difficulties with

installing games that are part of the Game Pass for PC.

Considering that you have already confirmed that you are signed into the correct account, and that your subscription is currently active on the account, the next thing to try would be making sure you PC is online.

You can review the
Fix network connection issues article and see if some of these steps work for you.

Additionally you can try reinstalling gaming services. To do this:

• Launch powershell as an administrator and enter “get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers”
  
• In the same powershell window, enter “start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN”
  
• Install the app on that page, including accepting the UAC prompt when shown.
• Try installing the game again.
