Suscripción vencida Game Pass Ultimate -[Translation - Expired Game Pass Ultimate subscription]

He utilizado la oferta de un mes por 1€ del Game Pass Ultimate de xbox one para hacer mas amena la cuarentena y probarlo. El tema es que se me olvido desactivar la renovación automática y al final no lo he usado mas de dos veces.

Por suerte (o por desgracia) la tarjeta con la que lo pague no tiene dinero y entonces no se ha podido hacer el pago.

¿Hay alguna forma de cancelar ese pago ya que no lo voy a usar y no quiero que se cobre?

He intentado quitar la renovación automática y el método de pago pero no me deja ya que hay una operación pendiente.
