    Buenas tardes, hace desde ayer que no tengo respuesta de microsoft, ayer 14-05 se me vencia el game pass, desactive la renovacion y hoy 15-05 me encuentro con que no solo se habia debitado el dinero para el mes, sino que ya no tengo game pass, necesitaria
    una respuesta ya que nadie quiere responder que esta pasando, ni siquiera una devolucion del dinero quiero, sino que si pague quiero el game pass.

    Hello Andrea,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a question on charge for game pass. When it is s close to the billing date. If auto renew was on a pending charge is set up. If in this case you turned off auto renew day it supposed to charge
    or day before. Sometimes the pending charge will go through as it isn't enough time to cancel. We suggest requesting a call from support. They will be able to assist you further on this issue.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a question with charges. This all depends on what type of lock. If you been temporary locked due to trying to sign in or other things like this than yes.

    I recommend to try the following troubleshooting article:
    Recover and reset your lost Microsoft account
    password
    .

    I suggest when you get to the portion "Where should we send the code." Click on I don't have access to any of these, and proceed with the
    Account Recovery Form.

    Try this out and let us know the results.

    • Step 2 : Select a Category, then See other options
    • Step 3 : Select your Issue/Topic
      • Select - Show contact options
      • Select – Call me back or chat with Xbox Support

    If you do not see the selection that you wish to use for contact, then switch topics until it becomes available.
