Survivor season 28

I have purchased a season pass for survivor 28 and every thing was good until it started skipping episodes. Last time they skipped episode 6 and went to episode 7, now they skipped episode 9 and put up episode 10. each week I would have a new episode to
watch and then they will skip a week and when they finally do put a new episode on it's not the right one. last time this happened I was able to chat with someone and she sent me to the zune department, this time they had me post it on here. I buy a lot of
season passes for numerous shows on xbox video because I don't have cable only internet. I have spent a lot of money on these shows but now im worried that it isn't the right thing to do If I don't get all the episodes I've purchased. I really hope there's
something you can do to help me. Thank You.

how do i access the DLC add on's for alien isolation?

last survivor? that didn't download with the season pass. didn't know about that one.
