Surviving Mars : Impossible to download with Xbox Game Pass PC ?

I can't ask for a refund. The game pass is a subscription and I do not play only this game ^^

you can get Visual C++ 2015 from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145 as for DirectX, Windows 10 should already have it installed.

Thank you for your reply. I tried to reinstall the game for the tenth time to make a screenshot of the error, but this time, for some reason, the game was installed properly and runs without problems ... Sorry for the inconvenience

I can totally understand how having this get in the way of you playing Surviving Mars can totally be disheartening.

Have you by any chance reviewed the information as well the steps outlined in Troubleshoot game installations on Windows 10?

If not, then I would definitely see if that helps you with this issue.

When you get a chance, review that info, try those steps and let us know if that positively affected the situation.
