Yes, it's clearly fake. if you click on the Terms of Use or Private Policy the link can't be found. If it was legit you would get a very long page of stuff that you probably don't want to read. When it seems to good to be true, it probably is.

I think a better way to put question 1 is, "What is the minimum time for the mandatory connection "ping" that you would be okay with?" As in, I would be fine if this mandatory connection ping happened once a month, not every 24 hours. Q2: $40, and "keys"
for used games drop depending on how long the game has been out. IE, it shouldnt cost me the same amount to buy a used game key for a game that came out at launch as a game that comes out 2 years down the line.
