Credits for taking the survey should show as pending about 96 hours after you completed the survey.

Stats do not update in real time. Depending on how recently It's been since you joined, they may have just not had time to update for you yet.

You occasionally get a survey if you post a question in the support section,they want to know how their support staff helped you.

What ironic about it is 9 times out of 10 the support staff never answer your question,its other users that do.

As for the free microsoft points,every time i have had one of those surveys the points offer has already expired before the survey was even sent to me.
