    So here is my problem. I cannot change my home Xbox anymore. I have looked at these forums and the most common answer was to press help and you have a option to take a survey for a very last Xbox home change. The problem is I have never done the survey before and it won’t allow me. I have ran out of all 5 Xbox set homes and the survey is no where to be found.

    Then all you can do is wait for your limit to reset on its own. The survey is not guaranteed.

    Hey Y1su5 thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us.

    Short answer is yes there is a way to get an extra home console simply go through the home console settings and it should prompt a survey. Once that survey is completed it should allow another home console. If that doesn't
    work then the account will have to wait a full year from the last change for the system to reset the 5 home console settings.
    There is no way for us here on forums or even our Xbox Support Specialists to reset it manually. Give it a shot and let us know if we can further assist with any other issues or concerns.

    If you have the opportunity for an extra change, you will be given a survey when you try to change your Home again. If you are not given a survey, then you would have to wait until it resets on its own.

    Thank you for replying back. Unfortunately, there isn't any other alternative other than waiting a year for the Home Console Switches to reset. I understand that this is frustrating, however, as stated there are no other alternatives to resolve the issue
    and we ask that you wait patiently for it to reset.

    Hello tombl4ke,

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to this Home Console issue, have you tried to
    Power Cycle the console to ensure that there isn't anything that could be preventing you from switching your Home console? If the Power
    Cycle does not resolve the issue, then at that point you can try a Soft Factory Reset, (Keep Games & Apps),
    to see if that will fix the issue.

    If neither option works then you will have to wait until the year is up on the Home Console Switches to switch your Home console once again. If you have any other questions please feel free to reply back letting us know. Thank you again for posting on
