I've completed the July survey 10 days ago and I still haven't gotten my points and the MyAchievement

:)

 

not earning my points on xbox live rewards!

i have proof:

05/05/2013 Completed May Survey 20 MP

04/14/2013 Completed April Survey 20 MP

04/01/2013 MyAchievements – Birthday Gift 20 MP

Birthday Gift 20 03/16/2013 Completed March Survey 20 MP

12/26/2012 Completed December Survey 20 MP

= 100 microsoft points

they deposit the 15th or 30th but the 15th past already!!!

or do they deposit on the 30th of may?

 

why i become not my prizes of vip in reward systems ?

reward say i earned 1,070 but in the list say i earned 2,690 who are the difference?

i have become 1,070 not more who are the other points?

We see that you took the Survey on the 11th. It can take up to 96 hours to process new activity, so that survey has not yet been Rewarded. MyAchievements were discontinued in 2014. In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy.
As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new
year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your
current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
