Naturally, it hasn't arrived.

Still haven't received my $10 code for Fallout 4 price error.

It's been months and I still haven't received it even though it's been months. Microsoft promised and even messaged people on Xbox Live about it yet it never arrived in my inbox or my wallet. Can someone help me please?

 

Code never received: Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition, "Warthog" vehicle

Having pre-ordered Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition, and having played Halo: MCC, I have checked Notifications for the promised "Warthog" Code. It never arrived. Please send the code. Thank you.

 

I purchased on the US Microsoft Store site on June 15 and still have not received the free three months either. Terms and conditions said 10 business days until I receive the code. It has been well over this. I have contacted various customer service
reps with always being told they cannot help me and sending me to different reps. I even contacted via Twitter for help. No resolution yet.
