    Hello,

    I have been looking for a way to contact you for several days. Before it was easier, there was an interlocutor who could answer you.

    I placed a repair order # 1426146958 and # 1426495727 for my computer.

    I still can not print the shipping label. I do not know where I have to send the computer for repair.

    I have to send it to you before 30 days and it's impossible without the label.

    My Xbox has started to destory my game disks!

    Call support for repair order if you are out of warranty you will have to pay for a repair

    Make sure you don't stand the console up and have it on a stable surface

    Xbox One S warranty issue

    I have a similar problem with an Xbox One S, the unit is in warranty and has been sent to Microsoft, the repair order states they have received the unit and now the status states the order has been cancelled but no explanation. Help ?!

    I second the Device Support site. I've not had any issues from there for the repairs I've needed when it came to my 360 and Surface Pro repairs needed.

    Is this a controller that was purchased separately or did it come with a console?
