Surface Pen Issues

I prefer to work the Jigsaw puzzles with my Surface Pro's pen as I can see the pieces better than when I just use touch. However, often during Jigsaw Jam, I get a broken chain because the piece drops on the way over from the side of the screen. I can't tell
that there's necessarily any difference in pressure or angle when this occurs, but it is quite frustrating. I have also noticed a few times when it said that it was a chain of two or three when there had been no dropped or incorrectly placed piece and the
chain should have been much longer. Have any other Surface Pro users experienced either of these issues?

Hey there Sunnyflower81,

Does the pen work with other games and applications without any issues? Have you recently changed the battery in the pen to see if that helps? How about if you don't use the pen, do you issue the issues still happening?

I'm having the same issue with my Surface Pro v1. My pen isn't working. I would love to see an update to fix this soon.

For me it started before the jan 14 win8.1 update, and neither the update, nor the surface pro 2 firmware fixed anything. I can play the game without resizing the tiles as long as I pick the tiles with my fingertips. If I use the pen, it locks up after a
few clicks. I have no problem with the pen in any other software, except MS Mahjong. All win8.1 update have been installed, surface pro 2 firmwares are up to date.

Same issue here. I ordered the new surface laptop studio and the new slim pen 2. They came from 2 different trackings. My pen arrived on time, but the computer never have any updates. They came from exactly the same place, and they were scanned together, but one is delivered, another one is lost. System shows reschedule for delivery. But no more updates after it. I highly suspect a GLS employee stole my computer.
