Surface headphones on Xbox one x

I know there is no Bluetooth support on the Xbox one x but if i plug the surface headphones into the headphone jack will they work?

if the jack is the same of the controller then yes, they should work.

From what I understood about the article below, as long as it's compatible with the Xbox One it should work. Please read the link provided for more information on whether or not your headset is compatible or not. I don't see why it wouldn't be, unless the
arrangement for the audio and microphone differ from those that are compatible.

You should be able to use the headphones on the Xbox One X as it doesn't require any adapter for headphones.

Would LOVE to see a new Flight Sim on XBox One X. If Microsoft is not planning on one, I hope they will work with X-Plane to get X-Plane 11 on the XBox. It runs great on my Surface Book, but I want to really put it through its paces on the Xbox One X and
a 4K TV.
