Suresnipe, Tenure dispute

I was directed here by an online agent via the chat and was told the advocacy team were the only ones who could help me. I've talked to numerous people about this and I can't get it fixed. My accounts tenure has disappeared. It was there yesterday and now
tonight it vanished. I've had no lapse in my membership and I've always auto renewed. Normally it wouldn't be that big of a deal, but I started this profile in September of 2002. My account turned 13 this year. I played in the beta with it, and I have been
a loyal customer for 13 years. I can't see how Microsoft can just turn their back and say get over it. Please I was told the advocacy team could reinstate it, but it shouldn't have to be! I have faithfully paid my subscription for 13 years, I deserve for this
issue to be fixed. Please someone help me

any modification of an account beyond the normal means is not allowed

editing files that you are not allowed modify is a gross violation of the terms of use

Your suspension will not be lifted most likely. But you could dispute it with the enforcement team if you like

Hey mate,

If it is still showing on your 360, then you have nothing to worry about. It'll just be a minor bug on the system that is causing it not to show, but should come back sometime soon. If it is still on the account on your 360, that shows that it is still correct
on your account, and it is just not showing correctly on the xbox one I've heard it happening before to another person too, its rare, but does happen very occassionally
