    OK I have been trying for hours to get some help. I keep getting booted from xbox live. I have checked connections, read FAQ's, looked for chat help and tried calling some friends on the phone. Does anyone know why I would be able to sign in, start playing
    a game then get disconnected from xbox live? I tried three different games, all did the same thing. When I test network connections, all is well. I have turned all off, unplugged, waited an hour and tried again....same result. Can anyone help? Sure would be
    nice if a phone number for support was available.

    External Hard drive won't work

    I'm using a 3tb Seagate Backup plus external hard drive. It is formatted. When I plug it in I get the message, try another device. The hard drive is 3.0 usb and 3tb so it should work. Not sure what to do. Please help.

    Xbox not picking up my seagate external hard drive anymore after new updated

    my external hard drive is a seagate 5tb and I talked to support and they told me to try to get some help in the forum since they couldn't help me anymore. We went through all the trouble shooting steps but my hard drive still isn't becoming detectable. I'm
    not sure what to do and need some help. They said I was in the early access program but I am pretty sure I opted out of that a long time ago.

    on the undead nightmare disc there is an option for multiplayer. i have downloaded the dlc packs and it works without having to switch discs to play it. the only difference is that if you wanted to play the main storyline that is on the original disc you
    need to have that disc to play it. make sure that you have everything in the main storyline that you wanted completed done before you get the undead nightmare disc.

    the undead nightmare storyline is tough and i wouldnt rely on soley the tomahawk to get you through. you dont regenerate health and weapons like you do in the original game (meaning when you burn through your 10 tomahawks you are out unless you loot one).
    however, i did have the tomahawk from the dlc that i purchased through the marketplace for the undead nightmare disc (and they come in handy when hunting bats).

    So again I’ve been scammed using Microsoft official store and no one is willing to help no phone number a virtual assistance that send you in circles and ends with we don’t accept calls for this type of issues

    Games that I've been played for more than two hours or it has been two weeks since the purchase, can't be refunded that's true
