    You might notice sometimes you can play Supreme Commander 2 and other times you cant. The other times for some reason you cant get past the main menu / load window because everything but the
    Xbox button doesn't work.

    How I solved:

    If you are one of many people who have two controllers, than you probably charge and play. When you start up your Xbox while one is charging. You will notice the one you play with will display itself as controller 2.

    • Unplug the charging controller (controller 1) and turn it off. You can do so by holding down Xbox button till a window pops up and select turn off controller.
    • Return to dashboard if your not already and you can now play
      Supreme Commander 2


    Make sure you either play with controller 1 or have controller 1 (charging controller) off before playing Supreme Commander 2. The steps above will also solve for any other game that might pertain to this issue.

    Xbox Live Games with Gold Problem

    Hi, for some reason I never see the free 360 games each month only Xbox One games. I wanted Supreme Commander 2 this month but it doesn't show. I have gold though so I'm confused?

    I even searched Supreme Commander 2 and still it's not shown as free.

    Supreme Commander and Supreme Commander 2 are fantastic RTS games. I would of said Lord Of The Rings Battle For MidEarth but stupid EA shut the servers down.

    You should be able to search for the games and they will still show as free. The first game for this month is Supreme Commander 2.

    Since it's 360 content, you would need a credit card or Paypal on file in order to "purchase" it from the website. In order to do so without adding a payment method, you would need to purchase it on the 360.
