    I was told to post here as my friend received a preview program invite before me, but an invite was sent to him well after mine, by the same user. I've tried a multitude of things, and after me AND my friend contacted support, they told me to post here.
    I'm assuming someone official is supposed to respond and get this all cleared up. I've waited over a full month for this invite and it's getting ridiculous. I don't care if theyre slowing down invites, I was invited well before this and I want it fixed. I
    have yet to hear of somebody having to wait nearly as long as I have.

    MaximumGigabyte,

    Not everyone that receives an invite is accepted into the program. There's plenty of people that received invites and never got accepted. So you are not alone. If you haven't got a message then all you can do is wait to see if one arrives indicating your
    acceptance.

  5. I spent $400 and bought the less popular console as I'm a hardcore Xbox gamer. I buy tons of your supplies and plan on shelling out another $750 on the Halo 5 Collector's Edition and Console, yet apparently there's something wrong with my account so I can't
    help out and enter the preview program to play games early and provide the proper feedback. Got it.

  6. Oh and what makes it better? My friend that also had to wait a month but had an invite sent for him 4 days after mine still got in. Now I have to see that everytime he logs on, fantastic, the customer service of me running back and forth between different
    departments has been phenomenal.

  7. I'm tired of this "you aren't the only one." I'm an individual that has spend hundreds of dollars a year on supplies from you guys, I thought that after 3 years with you (technically 6, as this is my second account) I'd definitely get in. I am my own person,
    I am trying so hard to get in and I've had people try to help me but everytime I hear thay phrase it makes me cringe.

    Doesnt matter its a limited preview meaning not everone will get in nor is all features available yet

    Currently there is a pause in the invite and acceptance

    Getting into the preview will take a long time or the preview will be full

    Currently there is a enormous waiting list

    Also enforcement history does play into it

    Just to clarify, when you said "your supplies", myself nor ngocphi are Microsoft. We are gamers just like you that are part of a volunteer community program called the Ambassadors. Therefore, I can't explain the selection process and don't know why you
    didn't get selected but many people did not get selected. Any time you have a preview group, you always want a WIDE variety of users. If you have all of the same user type you won't get the feedback you really desire.

    I completely understand your frustration of getting the run around from the customer service departments, but you shouldn't have to perform this any longer. As we both mentioned, all you can do is wait for an acceptance message to see if you were selected.
    if you aren't selected, then like many others, you will have to wait until the public release in November 2015. When an Xbox Support member replies to this thread, they will likely echo our comments. Sorry we couldn't give you better news.

    Sorry to hear about any confusion that this may have caused. Just to clarify, being invited to the Preview Program does not guarantee acceptance. Keep in mind, that the Xbox Preview program has reached near capacity and the Preview team are slowing the number
    of new people that they are accepting. As stated above, if you have been invited, all you can do in the meantime is wait to see if you are accepted. If you are accepted into the program, you will receive an Xbox Live message with further details. Thanks!
