    I am trying to get support for my gold subscription, but when I use the chat option it comes up with my email filled out but not my first and last name.

    when I want to start chat it says I have to fill those out, but I cant. ......................

    please help or get me an email address of a Microsoft person that can help me .

    very frustrating

    It's not about any of the Xbox's it's about the global Microsoft Game Usage Rules seen here:

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

    What seems to be the problem though?

    Go to http://account.live.com and make sure your information is filled in correctly there. That should uodate the chat information. Or try contacting them by phone. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada

    here is the problem, all my data is filled in correctly on the link you posted. and I do not live in the US so how can I contact them?

    You can find the details for contacting Phone Support in your region here:
    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Contacting Phone Support bypasses the issue with not being able to log in.

    I have the same problems, my email filled out but not my first and last name.

    Waisted time and very frustrating when its not working and there are no e-mail address or phone number easy to find.

    I check with "support.xbox.com/contact-us" tomorrow.
