    Im in the uk and have requested a call back i do get a estimated time but no phone call we do have a 5 digit phone number which can cause problems normally we just double the last digit anybody help

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

    What seems to be the problem though?
