    Need assistance.

    I have been trying to cancel my xbox gold membership for 2 weeks. Every time you go to manage subscriptions to cancel, it will not allow you to do so unless you talk with customer support to pay the past due amount. It is impossible to communicate with them
    during the COVID-19 pandemic. My subscription expired on 4/25. They continue to try and re-bill and now say I owe a 24.99 balance for 3 months. Due to this, they are also preventing game updates to download and already purchased DLC will not work. Any ideas?

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

    What seems to be the problem though?
