    It's not about any of the Xbox's it's about the global Microsoft Game Usage Rules seen here:

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

    What seems to be the problem though?

    Please try to log back into Xbox live now, seems people are able to get back in, you might need to possibly restart your xbox. Xbox live was dropped and support teams were on it looking for a fix, you can follow updates on @Xboxsupport on Twitter
