    3 weeks ago i spoke to a representative of yours at xbox support

    As these calls are not free on a pay as you go mobile

    I raised a issuebregarding my brand new xbox one elite controller that was bought for me as a cgristmas presant which i recieved in febuary

    Boris kindly checked my normal xbox one and xbox one controller for warrenty status as i originally had a problem with the original controler being faulty to see 8f in warrenty he said unfortunatly its out

    But kets go ahead and check the elite controller he put me on hold came back stating that this elite controller can be replaced as it being brand new and faulty and i woukd recieve ups return labels in vua email and he would call to check tues that it had
    been picked up

    No call so i call up again 30 min call costing me ti get throu

    To be told there has been some issue with the team and internet / emails and it will be s3nt in email with in next phew days i have given it a week and called again today only to be told this elite controller will nit be getting replaced

    And there has been a mix up i reckon with my old original controller

    I cant understand how a brand new xbix elite controller bought from argos in december and given to me which i only activated controller on my xbox begining of febuary 2018 is so say 2017 a year out of warrenty this was a christmas presant of a dear friend
    i can nit get reciept due to them passing away this hokds so much memories as a presant hence when they passedni decided to open up jy xmas pressant and use it as my original normal xbox controler had a fault only to find out a week later that this elite
    controller

    Had issues with thumb stick sticking making axes spin up or around

    So 3 calls all lasting 30- 50 mins 10 mins on hold

    Now only to be told my new xbox one controller that was bought in december 2017 from argos opened up in febuary 2018 is already registered back in 2016 is rediculous to be told it was and had been authorrzed to be replaced and now to be lied to

    £120 worth in phone calls and now for this a £180.00 controller to be sold sealed and to be told it has no warrenty

  5. First all accessories come with a 90 day warranty.

    So what probably started in 2016 and ended in 2017 was the warranty on the console itself.

    and in order to get a warranty replacement done on a controller you would have had to send a copy of the receipt for the purchase of the controller for them to know when it was purchased and when the warranty would have started.
