    SUPPORT X BOX LIVE is CLOSED AND I CAN NOT CONTACT THE SERVICE, BUT 'PREVIOUSLY MI SAID THAT THERE WAS A TELEPHONE WAS AN ERROR OF CREDIT ON MY CREDIT CARD AND THAT I WAS RETURNED THE AMOUNT CHARGED, BUT IT SEEMS THAT 'NOT' HAPPENED JUST WANTED TO TALK TO
    SOMEONE OF SERVICE, BUT RIGHT NOW AND 'IMPOSSIBLE, BUT I DO NOT SURRENDER MI

    My Holiday Punchcard Not Awarded But I Met All Criteria!

    I posted in X Box Live Rewards Forum:
    forums.xbox.com/.../4415522.aspx     on 5th January, had nothing since, contacted X Box support and X Box Rewards team several times via twitter and getting either no response (X Box Rewards) or useless responses telling me to post in/tweet to different places
    (X Box Support). Instead of passing the buck why not just sort this issue out for me please!

    Check if you have the option to access the game settings and try to look for the game language.

    Or check with the game developer to see if they can provide you a link that contains the game guide how to change the language settings.

    Or re-install the game
